AlwaysNotify SMS Program

AlwaysNotify is a private household notification service. It sends text messages (SMS) and places automated voice calls to members of a household who have opted in, to deliver personal alerts and reminders that the household has configured — for example urgent emails, calendar events, and escalations of unacknowledged critical alerts.

How you opt in

SMS notifications are strictly opt-in. A household member opts in by signing in to their AlwaysNotify account and adding their own mobile number to their notification settings, confirming the consent disclosure at that time. Phone numbers are never enrolled by purchase, import, or on behalf of anyone who has not personally consented.

What to expect

• Message frequency varies with your household's alert configuration — typically a few messages per week.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all SMS from AlwaysNotify.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact support@alwaysnotify.com.
• To stop automated voice calls, remove your mobile number or disable the voice channel in your notification settings — and a STOP reply also stops automated voice calls to that number.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used solely to deliver the notifications you configured. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
